December at Allan Gardens

Hello Toronto Explorers,

Have you been to Allan Gardens before? This is a hidden gem in the city, and it is one of the oldest parks in town. However, what we like the most is that it has a conservatory with five different green houses in which every December they feature a Victorian Christmas or a flower show. During this time, they have 40 different species of poinsettias all over the conservatory. If you haven’t been able to visit it yet, we recommend you to check it out, the entrance is free!

Also, after the event is over, Allan Gardens remains as an ideal place to visit during winter time, since it gives you the opportunity to enjoy some ‘tropical’ without the need of traveling south and can help you to take a break from the winter blues :)

We want to share some of the pictures we took during our last visit, enjoy!
